Why Dubai at night is the better city
Dubai was built for the dark. Almost every guide treats night as an add-on to the daytime itinerary. That is backwards.
Dubai at night is better than Dubai by day for three concrete reasons. First, temperature: from May to September daytime highs run 40 to 45°C and outdoor sightseeing is genuinely unpleasant; after sunset it drops to a walkable 30 to 33°C, and from November to March evenings sit around 20 to 24°C – the single most comfortable window in the entire day. Second, the architecture is lit: the Burj Khalifa, the Museum of the Future’s Arabic calligraphy, the Dubai Frame, the Marina towers and Burj Al Arab were all designed with a night lighting scheme, and none of them look like themselves in flat afternoon glare. Third, it is when the city is actually alive: the souks, the Creek abras, the beach promenades, Global Village and the fountain plaza all fill up after 7 PM.
There is a fourth reason nobody says out loud. The hop-on hop-off tour buses stop running at around 5:00 PM – on most operators the last full loop departs mid-afternoon and the night route, where one exists, is a separate paid ticket on a limited schedule. So the most heavily-sold sightseeing product in Dubai shuts down at precisely the hour the city becomes worth looking at. Independent visitors on a bus ticket end their day watching the sunset from a hotel lobby.
And the last reason: most of Dubai at night is free. The Dubai Fountain is free. The Marina and JBR promenades are free. The Palm boardwalk is free. Al Fahidi, the Gold Souk, the Spice Souk are free. The abra across Dubai Creek is AED 1. Standing at the base of the Burj Khalifa while it changes colour costs nothing. You can have an extraordinary night in the most expensive-looking city on earth and spend less than the price of a coffee.

1 The Dubai Fountain – Downtown
The world’s largest choreographed fountain: 275 metres of water shooting up to 150 metres, roughly the height of a 50-storey building, on the Burj Khalifa Lake. Shows run every 30 minutes from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM (see the exact table below). It is completely free from the Waterfront Promenade, the Souk Al Bahar bridge, and the Dubai Mall lakeside terrace. The Burj Khalifa is directly behind it, lit and changing colour. This is the single best 5 minutes in Dubai and it costs nothing.
Free. Best free spot: the stone bridge between Souk Al Bahar and the Dubai Mall – you get the fountain and the full height of the tower in one frame. Arrive 15 minutes early; it fills up.
2 Burj Khalifa lit from base to spire
At 828 metres the tallest building in the world, and after dark the entire facade becomes an LED screen – colour sweeps, national-day displays, New Year shows. You do not need a ticket to enjoy this; the tower is best appreciated from the ground looking up. If you do want At the Top, the sunset slots (roughly 5:30 to 6:30 PM depending on season) are the premium-priced ones because you get day, dusk and night in one visit.
3 Dubai Marina & the JBR Beach Walk
The densest cluster of tall buildings in the Middle East, reflected in a black canal. Walk The Walk at JBR to Marina Walk – around 7 km of continuous promenade, all free, all open late, with the Ain Dubai observation wheel lit on Bluewaters Island in the background. 4 The Gold Souk and Spice Souk, Deira
Here is the fact almost every guide gets wrong: the souks are a night destination, not a morning one. They are covered, they are shaded, they trade until roughly 10:00 PM (many close 1 to 4 PM for the afternoon break and reopen in the evening), and the gold under the shop lights after dark is the whole point. The Gold Souk holds one of the largest concentrations of gold retail on earth – often quoted at around 10 tonnes on display at any time. Entry is free; you owe nobody anything for looking.
Free to enter and walk. Gold is sold by weight against the daily international rate, with the craftsmanship charged separately – that second number is what you negotiate.
5 Dubai Creek and the abra crossing
A wooden abra across Dubai Creek costs AED 1 per person, cash, paid to the driver. At night, with the old trading dhows loaded along Deira’s wharfage and the water black, it is the most atmospheric single dirham you will ever spend. Abras run late into the evening. This is Dubai’s original harbour and the reason the city exists.
6 Al Fahidi Historical District (Al Bastakiya)
Coral-and-gypsum lanes and wind towers from the late 1800s – the oldest surviving neighbourhood in Dubai. At night the alleys are lantern-lit and almost empty, which is exactly when you want to be there. Free to walk. See our full Old Dubai city tour guide.
7 The Palm Jumeirah boardwalk & Atlantis
The Palm Jumeirah Boardwalk is an 11 km free public path along the outer fronds, facing back at the Dubai Marina skyline across open water. Atlantis The Palm and Atlantis The Royal anchor the end of the trunk, both floodlit. The Royal’s rooftop fountain display is visible from the public approach.
Free. The boardwalk and the Palm’s public areas cost nothing. The monorail is paid; a car is easier.
8 Souk Madinat Jumeirah & the Burj Al Arab view
A modern souk built over waterways, and the best place in the city to photograph the Burj Al Arab lit at night – the sail-shaped hotel stands offshore on its own island and its facade is used as a light show. Wandering Souk Madinat and the waterfront is free.
9 Global Village (October – April only)
A seasonal open-air cultural park with around 90 country pavilions, street food and nightly fireworks. It is an evening venue by design – it opens in the late afternoon and runs to around midnight. Entry is a low ticket price. It is closed in summer, which catches out a lot of visitors.
10 The Dubai Frame
A 150 m gilded rectangle framing old Dubai on one side and new Dubai on the other, and it is illuminated gold after dark. The view from the sky bridge at night – new Dubai’s towers on one horizon, the low sprawl of Deira on the other – is the clearest possible statement of what this city did in fifty years.
11 La Mer, City Walk and Bluewaters
Three open-air, walkable, well-lit districts that exist mainly for the evening: La Mer on the beach, City Walk inland, Bluewaters under Ain Dubai (at 250 m, the world’s tallest observation wheel). All free to walk.
12 The evening desert safari
The desert changes completely after sunset. Daytime dunes are a 45°C furnace; at night the sand gives its heat back to a clear sky and it cools fast – often 10°C or more below the daytime high. 13 The Museum of the Future at night
A 77 m torus with no pillars, its entire steel skin covered in Arabic calligraphy – quotations from Sheikh Mohammed – cut through so the interior light shines out of the letters. That effect only exists after dark. From the outside it is free to look at, and it is on Sheikh Zayed Road, so you will pass it anyway.
14 Sheikh Zayed Road, driven
Not a stop – a corridor. Twelve lanes of highway between two walls of lit towers. Sitting in a car on Sheikh Zayed Road at 9 PM is one of the genuinely great urban experiences in the world and most tourists only see it while stuck in daytime traffic.
15 Dubai Miracle Garden & the malls
Miracle Garden (seasonal, roughly November – May) is lit in the evening. The Dubai Mall and Mall of the Emirates both run to midnight on weekends – Dubai’s malls are late-night social spaces, not just shops, and both are air-conditioned refuges in summer.

You can spend an entire night in Dubai and pay nothing but AED 1 for the abra. The Dubai Fountain: exact show times
Dubai Fountain shows run every 30 minutes from 6:00 PM until 11:00 PM, plus two afternoon shows around 1:00 PM and 1:30 PM (Fri from ~1:30 PM). Each show is 3 to 5 minutes, uses a different track, and is free to watch from the promenade. Water reaches roughly 150 metres. Times can shift for Ramadan, prayer times and special events, so confirm on the day. This table is the thing no competitor page gives you.

Insider timing. Don’t watch one show – watch three. Take the 8:00 from the Souk Al Bahar bridge (fountain + full tower), the 8:30 from the Dubai Mall lakeside terrace (closer, you feel the spray), and the 9:00 from the far side of the lake (widest frame). Total cost: nothing.
Dubai Marina and JBR at night
Dubai Marina at night is a 3 km artificial canal ringed by roughly 200 towers, and the water doubles every one of them. It is the densest high-rise cluster in the Middle East and the single best free night walk in the city. Start at The Walk at JBR (beachside, restaurants, open beach), cross to Marina Walk (canal-side, yachts, the Cayan Tower’s 90-degree twist), and finish under Ain Dubai on Bluewaters Island. Roughly 5 to 7 km end to end, all free, no closing time. A marina dhow cruise is the paid version of a view you can have for nothing from the railing.
What to actually look at: the Cayan Tower (307 m, twisted a full 90° over its height) and the Princess Tower (413 m, once the tallest residential building in the world) both read as sculpture at night in a way they don’t at noon. The yacht basin is lit. And JBR’s beach stays open in the evening – the sand holds the day’s heat and the sea is warm.
Old Dubai after dark: the souks and the Creek
Old Dubai is the part of the city most improved by nightfall, and almost every itinerary schedules it in the morning. The Gold Souk and Spice Souk are covered – so they are shaded and cool – and they trade until about 10:00 PM. The gold looks like gold under shop lights, not under a white sky. The Creek turns black and the wooden dhows are lit along Deira’s wharfage. The abra is AED 1. Al Fahidi’s lanes empty out. The practical shape of a Deira night: park or taxi to the Gold Souk, walk it, cut through to the Spice Souk (saffron, dried lemon, frankincense – the smell is the point), come out at the Deira Old Souk abra station, take the abra across to Bur Dubai for AED 1, walk up through the textile souk to Al Fahidi, and finish with karak chai in a courtyard. That is a complete, superb, roughly-free evening.
Be honest about the haggling. Gold is priced on the day’s international rate by weight, and that part is not negotiable. What you negotiate is the making charge – the craftsmanship fee on top. Ask for it separately. In the spice souk, expect to be offered “saffron” at a price real saffron cannot be sold for; it is usually safflower.
The desert at night
Sand loses heat fast. Without cloud or humidity to hold it in, the dunes radiate the day’s heat straight back to the sky after sunset, and desert night temperatures typically fall 10°C or more below the daytime high – in winter it can be genuinely cold, around 12 to 15°C, which is why our vehicles carry blankets. This is also the only place near Dubai with a dark enough sky to see real stars; 45 minutes out of the city and the light dome falls away.
An evening safari is timed around this: dune driving in the last hour of light when the sand goes orange, then camp, dinner, and a sky. What closes when: a timing table
The single biggest planning mistake in Dubai is assuming everything is open late. It isn’t. The hop-on hop-off buses stop around 5 PM. Museums close in the early evening. The souks shut around 10 PM. Malls run to midnight on weekends. The fountain’s last show is 11 PM. Global Village is closed for the whole summer. Here is the schedule nobody publishes in one place.

Night photography in Dubai: where to stand
Shoot in the 20 minutes after sunset, not after full dark. Blue hour gives you a deep blue sky and lit buildings in the same exposure; after that the sky goes black and flat and every photo looks the same. Dubai’s blue hour runs roughly 6:00 to 6:30 PM in winter and 7:00 to 7:30 PM in summer.

Practical: bring something to brace the camera on – Dubai’s promenade railings are your tripod. And drones are heavily restricted; do not fly one without a permit.
Getting around Dubai after dark
The Metro stops before the city does. Dubai Metro typically runs until around midnight on weekdays and about 1:00 AM on Friday/Saturday nights, with a later start on Fridays – so if you’re at the fountain for the 11:00 PM show and staying in the Marina, you are cutting it fine. Taxis and Careem/Uber run all night and are plentiful, but surge around midnight when the malls empty. A private car with a driver removes the problem entirely: it waits for you.
The specific failure mode: you plan Deira → Downtown → Marina in one evening on public transport, and the connections eat 90 minutes of a 4-hour window. Old Dubai and the Marina are on opposite ends of the city – roughly 30 km apart. On a private night tour that’s a comfortable drive with the skyline going past the window; on the Metro plus two taxi legs it is the whole evening.
Summer in Dubai: night is the only sane time
From May to September, Dubai’s daytime highs run 40 to 45°C with high humidity, and outdoor sightseeing between 11 AM and 4 PM is not enjoyable – it is endurance. After sunset it falls to roughly 30 to 33°C, which is warm but walkable, especially on the coast where there’s a breeze off the water. This is why locals live nocturnally in summer: the beaches fill at 8 PM, the promenades at 9, the malls at 10. If you are visiting Dubai between May and September, invert your day – sleep or use the malls and indoor attractions in the afternoon, and sightsee from 6 PM.

Total spend: the abra, the Metro fare, and whatever you eat. Get moving before midnight – the Metro closes.
Safety, dress code and etiquette at night
Dubai is one of the safest large cities in the world to walk at night, and that is not marketing – it is the most commonly cited reason visitors are comfortable exploring after dark alone. The practical rules: dress modestly in the souks and old districts (shoulders and knees covered is the respectful default, and it is required at Jumeirah Mosque); public drunkenness is an offence even though alcohol is served in licensed venues; public displays of affection are frowned on; and photographing people – especially local women – without permission is not acceptable. Fridays start later than you expect. During Ramadan, the whole city shifts nocturnal and many venues only come alive after Iftar.
- Souks and Old Dubai: cover shoulders and knees. It costs you nothing and it is the difference between being a guest and being a nuisance.
- Beaches and Marina: beachwear on the beach, cover up when you leave it.

What Is Overrated in Dubai at Night, and What to Do Instead
Not every night attraction earns your evening. A paid rooftop just for the view shows you the same skyline you can see for free from the Marina boardwalk or the Fountain lakeside with a drink that costs a fraction as much. A ticketed observation deck after dark repeats what the free Fountain-and-Burj view already gives you at ground level. The tourist dinner cruises sold at three times the price on the promenade are the same water you cross on a 1 AED abra. The honest move at night is to spend on one thing you genuinely want and keep the rest of the evening free, because after dark the best of Dubai is the part that costs nothing.
What to Do in Dubai at 11pm and Later
Dubai stays open late, so a late arrival or a long layover is not a wasted night. The Gold Souk and Deira lanes trade well past 10pm. The Marina and JBR boardwalks, cafes and shisha spots run into the early hours. Dubai Mall keeps late hours on weekends, and the last Fountain show is at 11pm, so time your evening to end there. If you land after midnight on a layover, a private car can still run a short lit-up loop of Downtown and the Marina and have you back at the airport before your connection, which is exactly what our evening car is built for.
What are the best places to visit in Dubai at night?
The Dubai Fountain (free, every 30 minutes to 11:00 PM), the illuminated Burj Khalifa, Dubai Marina and the JBR beach walk, the Gold and Spice Souks in Deira, Dubai Creek and the AED 1 abra, Al Fahidi Historical District, the Palm Jumeirah Boardwalk, Souk Madinat Jumeirah with its Burj Al Arab view, the Dubai Frame, the Museum of the Future’s glowing calligraphy, Global Village (October – April), La Mer and City Walk, and an evening desert safari.
Where can I go in Dubai at night for free?
Almost everywhere. The Dubai Fountain, the base of the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Marina Walk, JBR beach and The Walk, the Palm Jumeirah Boardwalk, the Gold Souk, the Spice Souk, Al Fahidi’s lanes, Souk Madinat Jumeirah, the Burj Al Arab viewpoint from Umm Suqeim beach, La Mer, City Walk, Bluewaters, and the exteriors of the Museum of the Future and the Dubai Frame are all free. The abra across Dubai Creek is AED 1.
What time is the Dubai Fountain show?
Every 30 minutes from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM daily, plus two afternoon shows around 1:00 PM and 1:30 PM. Each show lasts 3 to 5 minutes and is free from the Waterfront Promenade, the Souk Al Bahar bridge and the Dubai Mall lakeside terrace. Times shift during Ramadan and for special events.
Is Dubai safe at night?
Yes. Dubai is consistently ranked among the safest large cities in the world, and walking the promenades, souks and Downtown after dark is normal and comfortable, including alone. Ordinary city sense still applies. Dress modestly in the souks and old districts, and remember that public drunkenness is an offence even though alcohol is served in licensed venues.
Is Dubai better at night or during the day?
At night, for most of the year. The architecture is designed to be lit, the souks and promenades only come alive after dark, and from May to September daytime highs of 40 to 45°C make outdoor sightseeing genuinely unpleasant while evenings are a walkable 30 to 33°C. In winter, evenings sit at a perfect 20 to 24°C. Daytime is better only for indoor attractions and the desert dunes in full sun.
What’s open late in Dubai?
The Dubai Fountain runs to 11:00 PM. The souks close around 10:00 PM. Malls run to midnight at weekends. The Burj Khalifa observation deck runs to roughly 11:00 PM – midnight. Global Village runs to about midnight but is closed May – September. The Marina, JBR and Palm boardwalks have no closing time at all. The hop-on hop-off tour bus, by contrast, stops around 5:00 PM.
How much does a Dubai night tour cost?
Our private evening tour is AED 699 per car for 4 hours or AED 899 per car for 8 hours, in a private 4×4 with hotel pickup anywhere in Dubai. A private Land Cruiser is AED 1,199. Prices are per vehicle, not per person, and there is no night supplement – evening costs the same as daytime. Stops are photo stops; attraction entry tickets are not included.
Can I do a shorter 2 or 3 hour night tour?
Yes. We run custom durations – a 2-hour or 3-hour run covering just the fountain and the Marina, for example – and bespoke routes for proposals, birthdays or photography. Message us on WhatsApp at +971 58 228 2683 and we will price it.
Does the hop-on hop-off bus run at night in Dubai?
Largely no. The main daytime loops stop running around 5:00 PM. Where a night route exists it is a separate, limited-schedule ticket, and it stops well before the city does. If you want to see Dubai after dark, a private car or the Metro plus taxis is the realistic option.
How late does the Dubai Metro run?
Roughly until midnight on weekdays and around 1:00 AM on Friday and Saturday nights, with a later Friday start. If you’re at the 11:00 PM fountain show and staying in the Marina, you are cutting it fine – taxis and ride-hailing run all night but surge around midnight.
What should I wear in Dubai at night?
In winter, a light layer – evenings drop to 20 to 24°C and the desert is colder. In summer, light clothing is fine at 30 to 33°C. In the souks, Old Dubai and at Jumeirah Mosque, cover shoulders and knees. Beachwear belongs on the beach only.
Is the desert cold at night in Dubai?
It can be. Sand releases the day’s heat quickly under a clear sky, so desert nights typically fall 10°C or more below the daytime high – in winter that can mean 12 to 15°C, which feels cold after a warm day. Our vehicles carry blankets on evening and overnight safaris.
What is there to do in Dubai at night?
The Dubai Fountain is the anchor: shows run every 30 minutes from 6pm at Burj Lake in Downtown Dubai, and the water is thrown up to 140 metres (visitdubai.com, read 17 August). Around it sit the Downtown promenade, the Burj Khalifa observation decks, Dubai Marina and Dubai Creek. Our Dubai at night trip is a private drive from Abu Dhabi built around the fountain and the Downtown skyline, with attraction tickets kept separate unless you ask us to arrange them for you.
What time does the Dubai Fountain show start?
Visit Dubai’s own listing gives the show times as every 30 minutes from 6pm at Burj Lake, Downtown Dubai (visitdubai.com, read 17 August). It does not publish a fixed last show time, so we will not invent one. We plan the pickup from Abu Dhabi so you are standing at the lake well before six, which usually means leaving in the late afternoon. If a show is paused for weather or maintenance that is the attraction operator’s call, and no tour company can guarantee otherwise.
Is the Dubai Fountain free to watch?
Yes, from the promenade. Emaar, which operates the fountain, states you can enjoy the Dubai Fountain free of charge, and names the waterfront promenade at Dubai Mall, Burj Park and the Souk Al Bahar terraces as viewing spots (emaar.com, read 17 August). What you can pay for is proximity, not access: the Boardwalk is ticketed from AED 25 and lake rides from AED 73 (visitdubai.com, read 17 August). Watch free from the promenade unless you specifically want to stand on the water.
How much does it cost to go up the Burj Khalifa at night?
We will not quote a figure. The Burj Khalifa site lists At the Top on levels 124 and 125 and At the Top SKY on level 148, but prices and opening hours sit behind its ticketing portal and were not published in readable text when we checked (burjkhalifa.ae, read 17 August). Sunset and evening slots are normally the first to sell out, so book directly with the attraction before your travel date rather than assuming a walk-up ticket will be there.
Is Dubai safe to walk around at night?
Dubai is heavily policed, and the UAE government publishes 999 for police, 998 for ambulance and 997 for fire, plus a Dubai tourism assistance line on +971504538107 (u.ae, read 17 August). Ordinary city sense still applies: keep valuables close in the crowds around the fountain and agree a meeting point with your driver before you wander. On our trips the Land Cruiser and driver stay with you, so you are never hunting a taxi near midnight in a district you do not know.
Can you drink alcohol in public in Dubai at night?
No. The UAE government states plainly that it is a punishable offence to drink alcohol without a licence or to be under the influence of alcohol in public (u.ae, read 17 August). Licensed hotels, bars and restaurants are where alcohol is served; the street, the beach and the fountain promenade are not. Our vehicles are alcohol free. If you plan to drink at a licensed venue during the evening, leave the driving to us and do not consider taking a car yourself.
Is it OK to take photos of people in Dubai at night?
Photograph the skyline as much as you like, but the UAE government guidance is explicit that you should not photograph people without their permission (u.ae, read 17 August). That matters more than usual at night around the fountain, where the crowd is dense and strangers land in every frame. The same page notes that holding hands is acceptable while kissing and hugging in public is not, which is worth knowing before you stage a couples photo on the promenade.
Is Global Village open at night right now?
No, and this is a case where we would rather lose a booking than mislead you. Global Village’s own site says the season has ended and points visitors to October for the next one (globalvillage.ae, read 17 August). Anyone selling you a Dubai night tour that includes Global Village in high summer is selling something that does not currently exist. Come back in the cooler season for it, or let us build the evening around the fountain and Downtown instead.
Is Dubai Miracle Garden open in the evening?
The garden’s own site lists daily hours of 9:00 to 21:00 with last entry thirty minutes before closing, and flags that opening is seasonal so you should check the schedule before travelling (dubaimiraclegarden.com, read 17 August). Because it is seasonal and shuts at nine, it rarely fits a genuine night itinerary run from Abu Dhabi. If the flowers are your reason for coming, treat the garden as a daytime visit and keep the evening for the fountain and the skyline.
How do I get from Abu Dhabi to Dubai at night cheaply?
The public intercity bus is the cheap answer. RTA confirms that route E101 runs between Ibn Battuta Bus Station in Dubai and the Central Bus Station in Abu Dhabi (rta.ae, read 17 August); it does not publish the fare or a timetable on that page, so we will not quote either. If you are travelling solo on a tight budget, the bus plus the metro beats hiring us and we will tell you so. A private car earns its keep for families, luggage and late returns.
Do children pay extra on a private Dubai night tour?
No. Our private trips are priced per vehicle rather than per head, so adding children changes nothing on the invoice as long as everyone fits comfortably in the Land Cruiser. Tell us ages at booking so we bring suitable seats and plan a realistic finish time, because the fountain does not begin until six and an evening in Dubai from Abu Dhabi runs late for small children. Attraction tickets bought separately are of course priced by the attraction itself.
Do I have to pay a deposit to book a Dubai night tour?
No deposit and no booking fee. You pay on the day, and cancellation is free up to twelve hours before your pickup time, so a change of plan the night before costs you nothing at all. We are licensed by the Department of Culture and Tourism in Abu Dhabi. If another operator asks for money upfront for essentially the same drive, compare what happens when the weather turns or your flight moves, because that is where prepayment usually hurts.
Can a wheelchair user do a Dubai night tour?
Partly, and you should know the limit before booking. A foldable manual wheelchair travels in the Land Cruiser boot provided you declare it at booking. Powered or non-folding chairs cannot be carried in our vehicles, so a specialist accessible transfer operator is genuinely the better choice and we will say so rather than take the money. Downtown Dubai itself is largely step free and served by lifts, but the walk from drop-off to the lake is long.
Can we stop at Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque on the way to Dubai?
Only early in the evening. The mosque publishes visiting hours of 09:00 to 20:30 Monday to Sunday, with Friday split into 09:00 to 11:30 and 14:30 to 20:30, and asks visitors to pre-book and obtain an online access pass (szgmc.gov.ae, read 17 August). Since the Dubai Fountain does not start until six, the two rarely combine well in one evening. Most guests give the mosque a separate morning and keep the night entirely for Dubai.

Do You Need to Book Burj Khalifa or an Evening Desert Safari in Advance?
Burj Khalifa, yes: the sunset and just-after-dark slots sell out days ahead, so book that one online before you fly. An evening desert safari has more give, and we can usually arrange a same-day or next-day pickup, though weekends still fill up. Everything free, the Fountain, the Marina and the souks, needs no booking at all, which is most of a good Dubai night.
Can you see Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Fountain in the same evening?
Yes, easily, because they sit at the same Downtown spot beside the same lake. Go up Burj Khalifa in the last light, then come down for the Fountain show that runs every half hour after dark. One stop covers both, and the Fountain itself is free to watch.

If we have to cancel your booking – for weather, a vehicle issue, or driver illness – we will contact you as soon as we know and rebook you at no charge on the next date that works for you. You pay nothing for the cancelled booking.
If we need to send a different vehicle than the one you booked, we will ask you first rather than turning up in something you did not book.
This is separate from your own cancellation rights, which are unchanged: you can cancel free up to 12 hours before pickup. Because we take no deposit and no booking fee, there is no money of yours sitting with us either way – nothing to chase, and nothing to wait for.
